Terms And Conditions

Deliveries

Every effort will be made to complete deliveries within 3 working days following receipt of your order. Please allow extra time during peak periods/public holidays.
If the delivery is urgent please be sure to ask for an urgent delivery at the time you place the order.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled at any trime up to completion of delivery.  For refund of prepaid deliveries see refund policy

Refunds

Prepaid orders cancelled prior to dispatch from our yard will be refunded in full.

Prepaid orders cancelled after dispatch but prior to completion of delivery will be refunded in full LESS a handling charge of £25 + VAT per delivery at our discretion.

Goods found to be faulty up to 30 days after completion of delivery will be replaced (subject to inspection) and the faulty goods removed. Goods found to be faulty after 30 days will be replaced entirely at our discretion.
No refunds will be made after completion of delivery.

Privacy

Names an addresses will be stored on our customer database for future reference.

Prepaid orders will not be charged to a debit/credit card until the morning of the intended delivery.
No financial details will be stored in any form.
No personal details will be passed, in any form electronic or other, to any third party for any purpose.
